Northland Shooters Supply (NSS) offers American Precision Arms (APA) Gen II and Gen III muzzle brakes. They are a directional self-timing muzzle brake which means you no longer need to use crush washers or have a gunsmith time your muzzle brake. The APA Gen III Little Bastard is designed the same as the Gen II with an additional portS on both sides as well as top ports for adjusting muzzle jump and lateral movement.
GEN II MUZZLE BRAKES
The APA Gen II Muzzle Brakes are a game-changer for shooters looking for a quick method to install brakes themselves. Installation takes about 30 seconds with no crush washers or peel washers. Removal for cleaning or moving the brake from barrel to barrel is easy. This means less money spent on gear and with your gunsmith.
GEN III MUZZLE BRAKE
The APA Gen III Muzzle Brake is well suited for the of-hand, run-and-gun, competitor. This lightweight, tunable, self-timing brake features a new nut design and additional port. This new technology allows the shooter to combat recoil, muzzle rise, and lateral movement.
The new lock-nut design also helps with perfect muzzle placement, no carbon ring, no over-rotation, and a stronger lock-up.
